Limited Hardware Warranty

1. Warranty Period

• This warranty covers the hardware component for a period of one hundred (180) days from the original date of purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage

• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the hardware component under normal use and service. 
• Additional warranty can be obtained through the manufacturer, vSee Media Technology Co., Ltd.

3. Warranty Exclusions

• This warranty does not cover damages caused by: 
  • Accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or unauthorized modification.
  • Exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or humidity.
  • Improper installation or maintenance.
  • Acts of God, such as fire, flood, or earthquake.
• This warranty does not cover free accessories, if any,  which were included with a streaming device.

4. Warranty Claims

• To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at vidboxguy@gmail.com or (971) 236-3912.
• You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. 
• We may request that you return the defective hardware component for inspection and repair or replacement.
• Shipping costs for returning defective hardware may be the responsibility of the customer.
